For shoppers

Empty shelf? Don't leave without saying so.

Two seconds are enough to tell the store. The manager sees your report in real time and puts the product back on the shelf.

The gesture, in three steps

  1. Open ShelfAlert

In your phone's browser, or by scanning the ShelfAlert QR code displayed on the shelf. Nothing to install.

  2. Scan or photograph

The barcode of an identical product next to it, or the shelf label. If nothing can be read, a photo is enough: the product is identified automatically.

  3. It's sent

The store manager receives your report in real time. The more a product is reported, the higher it climbs in their list.

What it changes

An empty shelf nobody reports stays empty. An empty shelf that is reported becomes information for the store: which product, when, how many times. The manager restocks what is missing and adapts orders to what shoppers are really looking for.

You are a scout

Shoppers who report are called scouts: volunteer consumers who help their store keep every shelf stocked. No account is needed to report; creating one lets you follow your reports.

Questions from shoppers

Do I need to install an app to report an empty shelf?

No. ShelfAlert works from your phone's browser: open the site, scan, done.

What do I scan when the shelf is empty?

The barcode of an identical product next to it, or the shelf label (electronic or paper). If nothing can be read, a photo is enough: an AI identifies the product.

Does the store see my report?

Yes, if the store subscribes to ShelfAlert: the manager receives it in real time in their manager area. The more a product is reported, the higher it climbs in their list of most-requested products.

Is it free for shoppers?

Yes, completely. Stores are the ones who subscribe to receive the reports.

Your store isn't on ShelfAlert yet?

Tell its manager: the trial is free for 14 days, with no payment card.
